Japan Pakistan Innovation Institute (JPII) is actively working to create meaningful employment opportunities for Pakistani IT professionals by building connecting them directly with Japanese companies. As part of this initiative, JPII with its Nippon Center Pakistan AIOU Islamabad team, recently organized direct interviews between skilled Pakistani IT engineers and Japanese IT companies, fostering real-time hiring opportunities and cross-border collaboration. In addition, JPII representatives visited leading universities including NUTECH, FAST, and AIOU to engage with students and faculty, understand the local talent pool, and promote career pathways in the Japanese tech industry. These efforts aim to bridge the gap between Pakistan’s growing IT talent and Japan’s increasing demand for skilled engineers.
